Loan Processor serves as a liaison between the financial institution and customers. The roles and responsibilities of a Loan Processor include creating repayment plans, working with clients to meet their needs, and recommendation of the best type of loans. As a Loan Processor, you are responsible to follow-up with customers for the verification of essential information. You also need to do interviews for assessment of customer’s eligibility for mortgages or loans.
