- Client delivery assurance– Assuring the client and driving the delivery process by working collaboratively with the Delivery Managers in the Segment.
- Business Development– Driving revenues within the assigned account scope.
- Pre-sales proposal support for new business development outside of account scope.
- Work closely with the Solution Architect and Delivery team to build customized solutions pitches for the target account.
- Client relationship management – Managing relationships with operational client personnel.
- Provide necessary input for building alliances with relevant product / service vendors.
- Conduct client presentations, workshops, and drive pricing and MSA negotiations with the client.
