In general, the finance manager is the one who oversees all aspects of financial transactions in a company or an organization. More specifically, they are the ones who make recommendations on what to do with company assets, how they can be acquired, and where they should be allocated. They are also the ones who create the financial reports as well as financial statements of the company with the use of their specialized skills.
