- Downloading, Installation and Deployment of Adobe applications on SMB Customer Systems.
- Application/Network Troubleshooting using Bomgar remote Tool.
- Proactive in handling issues for priority incidents and ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
- Manage incidents within SLA's, OLA's and KPI's. Participate in calls/meetings with customers/internal teams on daily/weekly basis.
- Incident, problem, change management using ticketing tool, Customer One.
- Provide remote technical assistance to customer.
- Adobe Applications and Adobe Teams Account management for SMB on Hendrix.
- Hands on experience on tools: Bomgar, Hendrix, Customer One and various internal Adobe tools.
