- Analysing clients accounts on daily basis regarding their orders, fraud buyers, gneral queries and complaints by reporting them through calls and emails.
- Effectively communicating with client by providing prompt and efficient service to continually build platform and business knowledge to better serve the client by maintaining a positive and professional demeanor by portraying the company in a positive light.
- Use various CGS tools to process orders, repair systems, and track delivery.
- Acting on investigated transactions based on established SOPs and tools.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure cross functional success.
- Making timely, practical, effective decisions.
