Ethics & Compliance: (Conduct Risk Management)
As an Ethics Officer, I was involved in performing Compliance Monitoring & Surveillance activities related to Code of Ethics/Conduct Risk policies and supporting the execution of various oversight activities which includes Personal Account Dealing, Broker Statement Reviews, FINRA 3210 Letters, Outside Business Activities, Conflict of Interest, Insider Trading, MNPI, Gifts & Entertainments, Hiring Practices, Events & Sponsorships, Donations, Charitable Contributions, Political Contributions in relation to US elections Pay to Play Laws, Identifying Potential Policy Breaches, Investigating Non-Compliance Issues & Escalating the Code of Conduct Violations to Ethics Program Committee.

Talent Acquisition: (Global Human Resources)
Supported End to End Recruitment activities which includes Hiring New Talents for Information Technology, Banking Operations, Corporate Compliance, Finance,  Risk Management & Internal Audit space. Managed full life cycle of Recruitment process including the Candidate Onboardings, Internal/External Job Postings, Screening Candidates, Conducting Interviews, Offer Negotiations etc. Closely worked with B.U Head's on Existing & Potential requirements by understanding their growth plans to work towards building talent pool accordingly. 

Performed End to End Recruitment for Information Technology hiring specifically for BFSI (Banking domain)
Closely worked with Project Leads, Hiring Managers, BU heads and L1 head's on all open positions across PAN locations. 
Supported internal Workforce Planning Cell (WPC) with Resource Management activities which includes identifying and deploying the bench resources effectively to critical projects and fulfill the internal hiring within SLAs. 

Supported the largest US banking client by providing real time assistance to it's customers related to transaction issues with their banking products.
