Worked on Piston Production. I have been maintaining two lines of Production (General Motors & Nissan) I have been good at Quality to provide good quality of products as per standard operating procedure for customer satisfaction.
Created engineering documentation, including manufacturing processes, equipment specifications and change notices. Used AutoCAD and Revit to examine product scopes and plan for adaptations in production methods. Practiced lean principles, which led to improvements in workflow and quality and waste reduction. Performed root cause analysis and implemented corrective actions. Supervised entire production process and prepared proper documentation for dispatch.
