 Knowledge of C2C payments, 1099 and W2. 
 Act as a liaison between Vendor and internal departments for smooth payment processing and queries resolution.
 Direct Reporting to Senior Manager Finance with an experience of 10 Years with the organization.
 Helping Team Lead in collecting data, preparing management reports/ ad hoc reporting.

 To Reconcile and update Timesheets in excel on the basis Timesheet uploaded by consultant 
In ceipal.
 To pass journal entries in QuickBook.
 To do AR follow ups
 To pass journal entries of medical insurance, T mobile, Dental vision and CC entries in QuickBook.
 To do bank reconciliation.
 To update CC entries, medical insurance, Dental Vision and T mobile in Google drive excel sheet.

 To prepare and maintain a proper record of inflow and outflow of cash.
 To manage all the financial works like salaries, vendors payment etc., On time to time basis.
 To prepare financial statements on weekly basis
 To prepare tax invoices to various clients through clear tax software.
 To prepare GST sheets 
 To file GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B.

 To file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
 To enter purchases data, sales data and bankstatment entries in tally.
