Defining and implementing sales & marketing strategy, including development of channel marketing activities in accordance with overall business objectives.
Driving distributor-specific sales plan and programs as required by the business; strategizing and instigating value business plans to improve sales in the assigned region.
Implementing sales & demand generation strategies & brand-building promotions to increase market penetration and to drive revenue & profitability by maximizing sales.
Formulating product & distributor wise monthly, quarterly and annual targets and forecasting the turnovers of the Sales Teams; driving business plans to ensure optimal utilization of resources.

Understanding customer's strategy and operating methods and recommending appropriate strategy and action plans.
Negotiating national and regional agreements.
Ensure Listing of all product categories at Modern Format Store.
Ensure product availability and visibility at all stores and eye level merchandising.
Plan and execute visibility and launch plans.
Gather Competitor information and strategies plans to increase sales.
Managing and organizing the team under his responsibility.
Evaluating the performance of the team members as per company norms.
