✓ Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory. Manage sales & operations activities of partners to generate revenue.
✓ Coordinate with channel partners to create and execute business operation plans to meet sales goals.
✓ Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales / operations plans to increase brand awareness.
✓ Evaluate channel partner operations / sales performance and recommend improvements.
✓ Educate channel partners about product portfolio and services offered.
✓ Address channel partner related issues, sales conflicts, Operations and pricing issues in a timely manner.
✓ Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales & weekly operations review and identify new business opportunities.
✓ Develop positive working relationship with channel partners to build business.
✓ Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
✓ Communicate up-to-date information about new products in operations & sales and enhancements to channel partners.
✓ Develop process improvements to optimize channel partner management activities.
✓ Work with channel partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings.
✓ Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and channel partner conferences.
✓ Assist in channel partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities.
✓ Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet channel partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
✓ Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
✓ Taking care of all franchisee must pick up load as per timing
✓ Closer of data through our DMC & channel operations team
✓ Taking care of commercial decisions of upcountry franchisee otc share & load carrying charge
✓ Organizing training and development activities to channel partner and their staff on regular basis to fill up four factor on Drs.
✓ Ensuring commercial disciple –adherence to load pick up of timing of up country locations.
✓ Ensuring achievement of channel TAT & same day delivery percentage as per company norms sales.
✓ Organizing meetings with channel partners to ensure the support to cps and organizing for review of franchisee performance with regards Service and sales.
✓ Ensuring the branding of channel partner delivery boy as per company norms.
✓ Set and design the service targets to channel and monitor their performance on regular basis.
✓ Ensuring implementation of cost optimizing business activities as per company policy.
✓ Monitor and implementation of franchises agreement and timely renewal.
