The Job Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and Business Generations
1. Business scooping of geographical market for farming and rural community.
2. Sourcing proposals from individual farmer / Co-operative societies/ Rural Mandis and Markets/ Kisan clubs, etc.
3. Participation in rural melas / Functions to look for new business avenues

- Market Update and Change in Process
1. Keeping update with respect to market requirement, competition and customer banking behavior
2. Understanding the changing dynamics in the market and propose amendments in various product offerings.
3. Updated on changes in State Govt. law and policies and accordingly proposing amendment in processes.

- Relationship Building and Maintenance.
1. Liaison with new and existing customer for long term relationships.
2. Constant touch with agro centers/ rural mandis/rural markets for maintaining and deepening existing relationships.
3. Addressing complaints received from customers within stipulated TAT.

- Delinquency/ Rotation Recovery Support, Market information.
1. Ensuring minimum delinquency in portfolio with high level of control.
2. Rotation of A/C
3. Timely submitting of Call Memo for avoid limit dropping. And timely submit of LAD, PDD and others.
4. Regularly follow-up and visit to customer for recovery of CC account as well as EMI, also visiting NPA and LNPA customer frequently. Asking to regular customer for enhancement of agri loan

1. Conducting village level meeting and educate farmer on various products offered by bank.
2. Making farmer aware of various aspects of banking and keep them informed about tools and technology for improving farm production.

- Incising Cross sell and penetration :
1. Cross sell other asset and liability product.
2. Promoting digital platform like Mobile banking, NetBanking.

- Training and Development to Sales officer and HBL.
1. Proper utilizes the sales resource (SO/HBL) for optimal support.
2. Monitoring performance and counseling them for delivery.
3. Grooming support staff by imparting regular training for better customer dealing.

- Relationship with Retail Branches and Other Stake holders
1. Liaise with Credit team to ensure clearance of proposal.
2. Coordinate with Remedial team for all NPA cases and work towards recovery ot the same
3. Coordinate with local government bodies for documentation and verification purposes.
4. Coordinate with local operations team for disbursement.
5. Liaise with branch banking team for providing best services to customer.
