Sales Force Outreach Analytics
- Leading design, execution and operationalization of PAN US sales team effort utilization and commercial outreach tracker using Veeva CRM data for US pharmaceutical client
- Facilitating key decision making to drive targets by highlighting weekly/monthly insights and gap analysis in sales team outreach efforts and visible financial implications to the client
- Identifying the outreach trend and workload utilization for PAN US sales team force as in when new market strategies are inducted into the sales outreach through forecasting, ad-hoc analysis and prepared a Compliance Tracker to plan for tasks, resources and timelines and to detailed out falls through the cracks
- Streamlined the report generation with error-free calculations by designing and developing automated data processing system
Sales Performance Tracker
- Providing performance snapshots of tangible results using information and data resources that efficiently communicates between goals and achievements by collating weekly sales trend of marketed products with the historical data trends and baseline (Pre Covid Market) for revenue and procedural growth rate for PAN US
- Examining trends, deriving contributing factors and Customers Tracking through determination of customer retention rate and developing new customers by leading development of weekly sales outreach performance dashboard
SFE Supporting Projects
- Supporting operations and reporting of existing and newly developed monthly Commercial dashboard presented to the client leadership team
- Supporting Goal setting and Incentive Compensation (IC) operations with client partner and other stakeholders for existing and new products
