Working for US based insurance process (Project: LFSC 98) September 2015 to till date with a team size of 110. Our client USAA is a US based automobile insurance company providing services only to US military personnel.
The process is divided into multiple other sub processes like the BIS, claims, mortgage, consumer banking
and salvage to name a few. As an associate was taking care of the insurance wherein major job role was to
update the BIS(Business Insurance Solutions) status on the portal for further smooth client interaction.
Role also included providing the service to the client as per their requirement towards generation of the insurance by the end customer and maintaining the data and report of the user.
