- Responsible for Line setup & Process control Activities.
- Responsible for Customer complaints & quickly resolve quality issues.
- Responsible for Control Internal Rejection PPM & take prevention action to reduce PPM.
- Responsible for Process validation.
Verification of Jig & Fixture and check feasibility for PY and kaizen activities. - Responsible for PFMEA , Control Plan & Process Flow Diagram as per requirement for New & Existing components.
- Responsible for prevention control for consider & address defect within process.
- Responsible to improve PFMEA by continuously doing kaizen.
- Responsible for Cost Reduction in Process.
Incorporating Mistake Proofing(Poka-Yoke) in Process. - Responsible for CTQ adhared during set up.
