Joined Amex in March of 2019 as CCP for LMS (Large Market Segment) handling US Corporate Calls. Got the opportunity of being cross trained in SBS (Amex Small Business) and currently handling SBS US calls. I have also been trained for ValGen (Value Generation) for Amex Small Business.
I have mentored 2 people for LMS in my team and have been an active part of process and CMS EEAT (Employee Engagement) activities. I have been of a part of the Team who won YTD (Year to Date) for the process and have been awarded as a Runner Up Lowest CFR (Customer First Resolution) in the process for the year 2020.
In addition to my work profile, I have been a part various cultural events at Amex including Showtime 2019 (Show Stopper for the Event and Won the Dance competition that I choreographed) and Amex ER (Employee Relation) projects.
