  • Responsible for getting clients and print partners from the USA, Canada, UK, and Germany. 
  • Lead generation through all social media platforms and target big companies for all printing requirements across my regions and we have to search for quality print partners as per our company policy.  
  • Convert that lead into printing requirements through cold calling or sending emails to the concerned person.
  • After generating the successful lead of clients we have to schedule google or skype virtual meetings with clients as per client convenience to understand their printing requirements and explain to them about our platform and our services.
  • Once a client shows interest in our services help them with the registration process and we have to share a pricing list of required printing products with the client and we have to help the client with placing the order.
  • We have to ensure that all print orders would be delivered to the clients required to place on time.   
  • After generating successful leads of quality print partners as per our company parameters. Schedule google or skype meeting with print partners and explain to them about our partnership benefits for quality checks we have to ask them to send a sample order to our Netherlands office for quality checks.
  • Then after we have to help print partners with PSU Agreement for our partnership.
  • Update our generated lead details in Hubspot from start to end.

  • Location mapping to find out the properties where we can erect our structure (Advertisement Hoardings) as per government policies

  • Visit BMC ward offices as per the official works

  • Have to coordinate with structure engineer to know the location where we'll erect our structure and accordingly have to explain to clients. We have to ensure that, in the future or presence may clients will not face any obstacles due to our structure.
  • Co-ordinate with structure engineer to get location mark plan of structure and structure stability certificate as per guidelines of managements

  • Procurement/Purchase:
  • Searching available structure engineers within our budget and time duration
  • Search new vendors for the company and negotiate to get the required material at the best rate in the market. Whenever we'll start new construction. The requirement would be iron, steel, paint, etc., as per requirements on site
  • Getting a quote from the vendor and presenting to management and finalizing the vendor
  • Maintain report of availability of material to the warehouse on Ms. Excel  
  • Also, we have to search good contractor who can able install advertisement hoarding on a single unipole at the best rate. Award their work and we have negotiated with the contractor as per the company budget and timeline

  • Payments Follow-ups
  • I got new responsibility to do follow-up for outstanding payments and P.O. after completion of the advertisement campaign with agencies. Have to follow up with them on phone calls, E-mails, SMS, etc., and have to visit the client's place if they are not responding.
  • Working independently on a credit control profile for my company. Have to coordinate with the display selling team and management for payment-related follow-up. Also, have to submit a report directly to management.
