- Handling a team of Business Development Managers for acquisition of current accounts, merchant business and Asset products in Kolkata and ROB markets.
- The profile inculcates the proficiency of adapting newer ways to handle Customer Acquisition
- Possessing complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of profile, demographic & psychographics & assets within the Bank & outside
Revenue:
- More focus on the EMI Transactions through merchant's for revenue
- Focus on acquiring non electronics segments merchants
- More focus on the Thought " One Family One Bank"
Customer Service:
- Providing Professional Customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction & retention.
People:
- Regular training and fun-activities for the employees
- Keep employee-retention and motivation levels high
