Passionate and experienced soccer coach, with the goal of achieving both player and team development. My coaching philosophy is to focus on fundamentals, but making sure we are always using those skills in competitive settings at every practice. Whether is is 3 on 3, 4 on 4, or 5 on 5, I think it is important to practice using those fundamentals/skills in "game like"/ competitive settings.
