As a leader in Army I am blessed  with an affinity for helping people manage their problems, and naturally interested in co-workers' well-being. I was commissioned in Infantry and by virtue of my close proximity with my troops,I have vast array of experience in handling most stressful situations with finesse and it included decisions under life threatening conditions.I always earned respect from my subordinates .I am a very good motivator and that always worked towards the achievement of Organisational goals simultaneously baIancing interest of coworkers.I offer my passion and commitment to be my primary contribution as part of the Team with Man Management being my core strength.
