Primary Functions/Responsibilities of last role at CGS:
- I used to handle the inbound calls where the clients faces various issue with the device, by troubleshooting.
- Analyzing clients accounts on daily basis regarding their orders, fraud buyers, general queries and complaints by reporting them through calls and emails.
- Effectively communicating with client by providing prompt and efficient service to continually build platform and business knowledge to better serve the client by maintaining a positive and professional demeanor by portraying the company in a positive light.
- Use various CGS tools to process orders, repair systems, and track delivery. Acting on investigated transactions based on established SOPs and tools. Coordinating with other departments to ensure cross functional success.
- Making timely, practical, effective decisions.
