- Working as Talent Acquisition, Human Resource Department.
- Screen resumes, interview qualified candidates and conduct assessment to ensure the quality of each hire on the basis of requirements specified by the managers and clients.
- Sourcing candidates through various job sites (Naukri, LinkedIn, Freshersworld, Monster, Indeed,Angelist,Waah jobs), job posting, Mass Mailing, Employee Referrals, utilizing the potential of networking site, as well as from internal database.
- Co-ordinating interviews with the hiring managers. Proven ability to deliver higher levels of service to hiring managers and candidates.
- Advice and guide managers through the process of candidates assessment and decision making.
- Performing phone call interview & scheduling Google meet meetings with short listed candidates.
- Coordinating with the candidates till on boarding and releasing offer letter to the candidate.
- Involved in negotiation of offer letter with respect to CTC and closing the job requirements to drive efficiencies. So as to improve the recruitment process for candidates and the business.
- Negotiating contract details, maintaining confidentiality and impartiality throughout.
- Also been handling HR related tasks like, On boarding, Off boarding, Induction and maintaining daily reports record of all the employees.
- Handling HR Admin issues like, leave balance issues, raising tickets, coordinating with IT and Admin team for laptop issues.
