Job Description :- Spearhead all warehousing and logistics operations for the Mumbai -Circle serving as the custodian for high-value network and non network assets and ensuring supply chain continuity for a major telecom operator.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:-
  •  Inventory & Reconciliation : Managed inventory of 30 Cr. worth of telecom assets ( Capex Network, OPEX & Marketing), maintaining a strict inventory accuracy rate of 100 % by enforcing daily cycle counts and monthly reconciliations. 
  • Scrap Management: Handling end to end scarp activity of E-Waste, H-Waste and other Non-Hazardous solid waste.
  • SAP & WMS Governance: Served as the key interface for the NSS (Network Stock Solution) module in SAP, ensuring 100% compliance on all stock transfers (SRN, STO), GRN/GI creation, MRN for reverse logistics, and adherence to GST requirements.
  • Logistics & Transportation: Managed a network of local transporters and 3PLs to optimize secondary transportation routes for network rollout, ensuring timely and HSW Compliant delivery of equipment to 8100+ sites monthly
  • Safety & Compliance Leadership: Responsible HSW compliance across all warehouse activities, including mandatory 100% vehicle and driver inspections and routine safety audits, resulting in a reduction in safety and zero incidents.
  • Strategic Cost Management: Monitored and analyzed transportation efficiency and logistics spending .
