Sales Responsibilities :
1. Visiting clients for understanding their problems to provide solutions through our products.
2. Generating Inquiry and send Quotations to clients
3. Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
4, Develop Leads to generate new business opportunities.
5. Co- Ordinating with R&D to improve our products based on customer Feedback.
Service responsibilities :
1. Visiting sites for commissioning and testing of the delivered equipments.
2. Recommanding onsite spares to clients.
3. Retrofitting of HIRECT Micro controller in other panels.
4. Carry out necessary modification in locomotives specified by RDSO .
5. Emergency Breakdown attention by troubleshooting the cause of failure.
6. Providing all kinds of after-sales support
Marketing responsibilities :
1. Tender Follow up in stores of Major Railway Manufacturing units.
2. Payment follow up.
3. Providing Technical clarifications from officials on uploaded specifications.
4. Preparation of all documents and letters for amendments, DP, etc.
