Responsible for conduct of studies as a study director of AMES test and study personnel for in-vivo
and in-vitro Genotoxicity/Mutagenicity studies i.e., in-vivo and in-vitro Chromosomal Aberration Test, in-vivo and in-vitro Micronucleus Test.
Handling of Bacterial Tester Strains/ Cell lines.
Slide preparation, staining, scoring, analysis, data compilation, verification and statistical analysis of data obtained.
Operation and Maintenance of laboratory Equipments.
Preparation of Study Plan, Study Reports and SOPs.
Review of Study Reports, Study Plan.
Knowledge of Test Guidelines such as GLP, WHO, OECD, ICH, EPA and USFDA.
Ensure quality compliance in accordance with GLP and Regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) during facility and study-based inspections.
