Our work was related to Customer Queries as we have to the solve the customer issue at earliest and do the call to every customer to know the feedback of our engineers. We have to call customers to convince them to by AMC (Annual Maintenance Charge) for betterment of their product. 

 

 Our work was related to Customer Queries as we have to find the oldest pending complaint and get it resolved at earliest and do the Happy calling to random customer to know their feedback. After one month we ask service center to send their bill once we received the bills, we rectify the same with our records and send it to the Accounts for clearing the payment. 

Our work was related to the Medical Workshops in which Medical Colleges send the workshop dates and we used to issue the permission letter for the Medical Workshop and get it sign by the Secretary of the MCI and send it to the colleges. Once the workshop is done college send us the total expenses and we get the expenses clear from accounts. 

Our work was related to billing in which we bill the materials to dealers all across Delhi NCR as per their orders, and we do the cycle count process which is the normal process for stock maintenance every week. Check outbound material and report the discrepancy to the Warehouse from which we received the material.
