Worked in the Non-voice process called Project money for the U. S bank (Charles Schwab) .
I made the money transactions between the bank accounts.
And I kept tracking on the accounts KYC details, balanace, deposit, credit and debit details from 2001.
And aslo made liquidate, equity and trade transactions. Most of the requests were RSO retirement distribution, Beneficiary request and Cost basis.
In detail I get the application form directly from the bank's customer via fax and I need to check about the application's purpose and separate the forms to different LOB's within TAT time. And we work on the request as per the form.
I worked on two more queues i. e MBC and floor support.
