Closing Review: Mortgage Closers are responsible for preparing all loan-closing documents, and ensuring that they are accurate in order to have a fully compliant mortgage loan. They carefully review all documents for any errors, and confirm that pricing and program are correct to insure loan will be funded .
Working on different type of mortgage Conventional, Conventional(DU), VA, FHA, FNMA, FHLMC .
Analysis and Calculation of qualifying income from various tax documents such as 1040, 1120, 1120S .
Analysis of credit reports and bank Statements and Calculation LTV, DTI.
Working on loan application 1003 and underwriting.
Communicate to client if any deviation related to documentation as well as further clarification for mortgage related queries .
To calculate all amount executed in Letters with efficiency.
Responsible for verify all types of document related to Mortgage. 1003,1004, W2, Income tax, Delinquents Tax, Flood Insurance , Hazard Insurance , Master Policy, Title Document, Deed, Loan Estimate, Subordination document .

Working in Mortgage Process core processes are Title Review, Reviewing
Requesting Act Letters and Requesting and obtaining fee approvals from FHLMC RPA Site .
Handling various processes related to Mortgage like Act letters, TSU NT, TSU PA, NJ Title, PA Title .
Take care of all act letters sent by client related to property at which Mortgage has been sanctioned .
Involve to Review their Mortgage amount, Property Address, mailing address and Defendants name it was correct or not.
Working for different state of U.S. customers i.e. PA (Pennsylvania), FL (Florida), GE (Georgia) and NJ (New Jersey).
Used to track documents from various tracking sites of client i.e. Encompass, Clarifier and Len star.
In the absence of letters or documents requesting for a new letter to client, which depends on the servicer.
For direct source servicer need to do mail through GFULTON and FC REQUEST.
To communicate with client on Daily basis via e-mail for direct source servicer .
Handling cases related to HAMP, Loan Mod., DTI, FC, BK.
To calculate all amount executed in Letters with efficiency.
To make a new excel and compile the Log at the end of completion of work .
To deliver process at the end of shift to client.
