projects are Montrail, Mumbai, E- LOCO and sydney.
1. Reading the drawings, in 1st angle & 3rd angle projection and company follows most 3rd projection.
2. Guide to bending operator, to bend the part as per drawing (PDF) given.
3. Inspect the part as per drawing and set the production.
4. Recording the in-process report while bending production.
5. Record the number of rejection parts while in bending production, in rejection tracking list
6. Prepare the CAPA (corrective action & preventive action) in line production rejection.
7. Inspect the parts at final inspection and move to the dispatch area.
8. Prepare the check sheet after checking the final inspection.
