Harmonic reduction using Active Filters using MATLAB Simulink
The quality of power is major concern because of harmonics in the lines due to various sources. We use both active filter and passive filter connected in parallel is designed to reduce harmonics in source side for non linear loads. The control strategy is implemented using Instantaneous Reactive Power theory and Clarkes Transformation
