- Preparing and maintaining Employee records.
- Updating databases internally (such as various types of leaves)- Attendance & Leave Management.
- Internal database management such as HRMS, PMS, DMS (ERP).
- Employee Onboarding, Induction, Exit Formalities, Feedback Management.
- Preparing and Amending, where necessary, HR documents, i.e. employment contracts, leave policies and recruitment guides.
- Preparing, Reviewing and Renewing company policies and legal compliances.
- Communicating with external partners/vendors.
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries.
- Assisting with payroll by providing the Finance department with relevant employee information.
- Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses.
- Assisting the Finance department with payroll and other financial statements of the company.
- Handling Social Media & Company Website. Keeping it updated and managing the Digital Marketing team.
