- Liaising with business leaders to plan and drive HR strategies based on business requirement.
- Developing quarterly / periodic communication plan for delivery units in line with overall unit communication plan.
- Improving employee engagement program and ensure fair and effective feedback mechanism. Design and execution of a dynamic employee engagement framework.
- Driving employee development initiatives (like high performer development) to align to business outcomes.
- Assessing the employee governance process, intervene when required in order to drive employee adherence to the code of conduct.
- Recommending corrective action by dialoguing the Delivery / Corporate HR in small to medium issues. o Guiding HR Team in creating and reviewing the HR solutions dashboard by giving inputs on metrics.
- Defining annual compensation & benefits framework including quarterly performance bonus payouts for senior management, line managers, staff, etc.
- Implemented sessions on “Unconscious Bias” for Managers to help them identify their own unconscious biases like Gender Stereotypes, various forms of discriminations, Importance of Diversity & Inclusion and the ones that exist in the workplace.
- Implemented programs to enable First Time Manager to set a climate of openness and willingness to increase both the manager’s and the team’s effectiveness.
