- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint Experience working as a complete life cycle recruiter right from advertising, filtering resumes, job posting, calling prospects and closing the requirement.
- Advance use of job boards like Indeed, Monster, Career Builder, and LinkedIn.
- My prime responsibilities include manage team, give proper job requirement to recruiters, confirm interview and job offer, report to Manager.
- Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate contract terms Resume screening and verification of the certificate.
- Review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software program such as Ciepal, Job Diva etc.
- Second level screening for candidates submitted by the recruiters in the team.
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
- Screen the candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
- Research new technologies.
