-Work as a shift engineer to manage production in the shift with minimum difficulties and defects
to ensure proper workflow on the shop floor.
- Continually reviewed production flow and implemented workflow improvements to reduce
complexity, redundancy and cycle time.
-Enforce strict adherence to the all company guidelines.
- Finding out the unsafe work condition and try to developed alternative and safe option for this
unsafe work.
- Manage the workforce on the shop floor to improve the workflow and to increased the
production and quality of product.
- Conduct safety talk and safety awareness program for workers to maintained safety on the shop
floor and to minimize the chances of accidents.
