1. Help the Digital marketing team set up fan engagement campaigns, including Band Q&A's, CTA campaigns, contests, giveaways, etc.
2. Monitor social networks for opportunities as well as threats and violations.
3. Research ways to attract more followers/fans, increase fan engagement, and the latest trends and developments in social media and digital marketing.
4. Create newsletters/articles for important announcements on the Relapse website.
5. Assisted with social media plans/schedules and running campaigns, tracked analytics and created reports.

I learned a lot of things like how mobile and landline communicate with each, how mobile to mobile communication by using different networks like how Vodaphone communicated with BSNL or Airtel or any of the operator and about BTS, Cells, why the shape of the cell is kept hexagonal, exchange, signals, etc. I also got to know BSNL's amazing history.
