Currently Working with UK based Client British Gas in WNS as an Senior Associate. We are handling customer via chat related to the Billing Dispute, Waiver, Adjustment related issues. 

We are using SAP tool for checking area feasibility and making the correction on customer's profile. This process is related to the Gas and Electricity. We are working on billing department of this energy provider.

01year 11 months in Fintech Financial Process ( Revolut) working in Screening, FIU, REMU and KYC LOB, where I am responsible to prevent detect and report the suspicious or money laundering transaction of business, individual profiles and vendor department. -Conducting reviews of high risk transaction and Document investigation. -Applying rules and regulation, including without limitation, AML and OFAC/ Sanction requirement based on internal policies, procedures and guidelines. -Check whether Incoming or outgoing payment pose a risk or in breach of EU compliance regulation. 

Also I worked with the process which is coinbase(BLCK). Where we work with the crypto currency client. We have to monitor our client crypto transaction to track any suspicious or money laundering transaction.

I worked as an content moderator in Frontier camping. Where I worked for Facebook and Instagram. We just have to annotated the post in different category. e.g.:- Violence, Drug, Phonography, Death, Weapon, etc.

10 month experience in blended process(Kiwi .com). Where my working profile was to book international flight tickets for our customer's. Sometimes we have to communicate the airline also for re-schedule the flight ticket's or any correction on flight ticket's. 

When working with the Kiwi .com, it need to be very attentive while booking any flight ticket for customer's. Because of any mistake it became a loss of euro. Which make financial impact to our client.

08 month of experience  Fintech Financial Process(Niyo). This process is related to digital banking, where we provide to customer or merchant the Niyo benefit's card.  With this Niyo card customer can save there tax. This was blended  process where we communicate to the customer via call or email. I was worked in email support to assist the merchant client.

My Job role with the working with Niyo was handle the merchant client. We have to check there any hold, pending and cancel transaction. Also I worked on charge back for individual customer or merchant client both.

01 year 04 months experience in domestic process(Airtel broadband). I started as an agent then promoted in 08 months as an senior associate. My Job role was checking fusibility of area and arrange the technician visit at customer premises. Also we worked for upgrade the customer's plan, Billing related dispute and troubleshoot for connection.
