Overseeing day to day operations and management of  global study deliverables. Directing teams by outlining goals aligned to business strategy. Direct report management-study assignments, performance management and team development. Liaising with global teams for business needs. Adequate oversight of quality of global deliverables, audit preparation and participation, collaborating with QA for quality investigations, RCA identification, and robust CAPA formulation and implementation. Recruiting, retaining and developing efficient teams to meet and exceed business needs.

Leading teams, monitoring and  managing  operations of individual project groups. Leading the clinical data services for medium to large sized clients with the support of assigned project director. Detailed project planning, update planning based on scope and communicate changes to project team. Interface with various levels of management, client and staff. Develop efficient and competent workforce to meet and exceed business plans. Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for continued and enhanced business engagements, and suggest and execute value add to services.
