- Spearheading & strategizing the conversion & linking of ~7000 bank’s Level 4 process maps with level 3 maps withing the central repository, and automate/simplify the processes through meta data analysis
- Identified the problem of manual/duplicate authorization activities in sample of 50 process maps, and integrated plan of action to analyse bank wide ~2000 processes
- Conceptualized the new method of SOP creations, though process simulations ; Identified a potential product through thorough research & created tailored module to suffice bank’s requirement of process documentation & OJT; created ~250 process simulations & trained 50+ employees
- Working on conceptualization of Automation repository search engine using Fuzzy logic search technique, for ~400 automation, for bank-wide usage of automation replication, which would lead to incremental 15% in efficiency
- Innovated the usage of Blueworks to encompass system flow mapping, resulting in identifying system’s (software) capability of simplifying ~200 processes, thereby saving ~25 FTE
- Conducting Lean report analysis by extracting the EWM (Enterprise workforce management) dump and performing data analysis for improving business efficiency & risk management
