Main responsibility to assist Chairman and MD to upgrade the appartments and buildings to high standard fully furnished luxury grade.
By the system of upgrading the company own building we are changing the,
1. Floors (Ceramic tile, Wooden, Pvc and Upvc flooring)
2. Ceilings (Gypsum Ceilings as we can make New Patterns, Layout the lights and Access panels for services on the ceiling)
3. Kitchen Cabinet including Granite top, Plumbing Accessories, LED lights for cabinets and Electrical Appliances like Fride, Dishwasher, Cooking Range or Hoob)
4. Bedroom - Making new Wardrobes, Remote Controls Curtains, Safe Lockers, Changing lights and Switches as per modern standard.
5. Toilet - Changing of Wall and Floor tile, Plumbing Accessories including Jacuzzi Bath tube, Shower Area with Glass Partition and Wash Basin Mirror etc.
6. Laundry Room- Fixing new Electrical Accessories (Washing Machine, Dryer, and Iron), Ironing Stand, Clothing Hangers and Ladder for domestic purpose.
7. Furnings the appartment fully (Living Room, Kitchen, Bedrooms and Balcony) with all Electrical Appliances including TV, Receiver, Fridge, Dishwasher, Cooking Range or Hoob, Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron and Vacuum Cleaner.
8. On the same time to maintain the buildings Preventive, Routine and Emergency Maintenance, Housekeeping & Security and make the smooth running of Reception lobby services like coffee machine and chocolate.
