1. Manpower Planning-
- Analyze the present sanction strength and existing on roll strength.
- Maintaining leave records with the coordination of concerned production officer.
- Put up the requirement of trainees among the recruitment cell.
- Full fill the required manpower at the shift timing.
- Sending manpower report to HOD & Section Head.
2.Welfare Activity-
- To facilitate canteen contractor about better quality food & good housekeeping of canteen.
- Provide medical facility to sick worker like hospitalization at shop floor as well as colony residing.
- Provide Personal Protective EquivalentsEnsure housekeeping of toilets & sufficient water facilitate at shop floor.
3.Grievance Handling-
- Grievance registered by staff or operators.
- Understand the nature of grievance (Leave, Wages, Attendance, colony, canteen, Shop floor etc.)
- Finding actual cause of grievancesWorkers counseling.
4.Recruitment-
- Identifying hiring need, Developing the profile description and Recruitment plan.
- Preparing organizational chart and other recruitment related documents.
