Liaise with finance teams (Circle HOFO) - for Cost-Center Management.
Able to streamline business processes and map to data flows - identifying process improvements and data handling requirements.
Published the monthly dashboard of Payroll/Internal Audit/SOX and Data Accuracy to the Team and Business associates, Circle Heads.
Bulk Data Migration into HRIS System through LSMW,BDC. (Payroll Uploads)
Built collaborative approach in managing stakeholders and key to manage relationship with the circle across India and overseas.
Manage team, mentoring & helping the team in meeting monthly targets and SLA. Engaged with monthly rewards & recognitions events within the team and publish the achievements during the monthly dashboard meetings.
