- Responsible for acquisition, growth of the corporate card spends and profitability for the specific region & ensuring that the delinquency is minimal.
- Driving CFO level conversations & do financial conversations through in depth understanding of financials of prospect companies.
- Develop strategic concepts with regard to the complex potentials of Card like expense management solution, vendor payment & Purchase card solution and account specific sales strategy.
- Liaison with inter department for generating leads and preparing the corporate universe.
- Identify segments, look out for opportunities to generate incremental sale /spends and initiate cross sell at corporate.
- Interact with stakeholder viz .Credit, Product, Risk, Operations on regular basis to get the cases sanction.
Understand market dynamic and share with product team to arrive at a competitive product offering. - Ability to interact and manage relationship with various business divisions, channels, branch relationship and corporate coordinators.
Client Relationship Management: - Building & maintaining healthy relations with clients ensuring maximum customer satisfaction for referral business and program enhancement.
- Execute account review mechanism with corporates every quarter for better implementation of program.
