Student pursuing Bachelors in Business Management from XIM University , Bhubaneshwar seeking internship opportunity in the feild of HR and/or Marketing in an established organization that values the practice of interpersonal, critical, and detailed-oriented skills. I am planning to opt for HR as my specialization but also wish to acquire basic skills required in the field of advertisement making , promoting , customer targeting & digital marketing and intend to learn as much as I can with the help of an internship/trainee-ship program. I want to get as much exposure to this field as I can because I believe this will help me in honing my skills that are crucial to have a career in HR and broadly in the business world and have an edge over others .
