- Analyzing and reviewing the clinical trial agreement to set up the site on APECS tool for payment processing and closely assisting Accounts Payable team to release payments on ttim
- To work closely on Site Setup Activities in ICON Financial Systems such as APECS (User Interface & Reports), ORACLE ETC.
- Reviewing all site contracts and accurately set up the proposed payees and budget schedule as governed by the signed investigator contract
- Accurately record and update all applicable logs ( ERooms) and maintain all IPG related files and tracking tools as requested
- Reviewing contracts in coordination with the other team members of the set up team to ensure that the contract specific budget schedule and terms can be facilitated via the IPG system
- Complete knowledge on setting supplier setup, Vendor Association & Payee and Budget set ups
- Identifying common study setup issues and escalates appropriate complaints to Managers
- To work with the customers / clients from USA, UK & Ireland etc · To maintain positive, Strong working relationships with clients, vendors and staff globally
- Visit Authorization and interfacing of visit payments in payment processing system
