Playing vital role in shop for technical expert for maintenance of the assigned equipments,

Solving the rubber Product quality issues and Process issues and improve the productivity.daily breakdown follow-up and achieve Production target in respect of maintenance ,safety ,health,environments.

implementation of evolution Request & discuss FMEA, HQRI for Quality,Rootcause analysis, Risk Assessment ,maximise production time .
 modification& Continuous improvement like kaizen for the equipment maintenance processes, Barcode reader for Portique read/write/lock Process , inventory stock and risk & opportunity evaluation in maintenance as well as Electrical and Mechanical breakdowns, electrical installation work .

 Attending breakdowns and Preventive maintenance in FLOAT&AUTOMOTIVE GLASS (SEKURIT) Plants. 

Handling of Electrical load as per the Plant requirement & Operation and maintenance of HT/LT utilities. Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting in HT blowers for furnace and thermal calibration. 

Preventive & Breakdown maintenance of HT/LT motors up to 1000kw,ACB,VCB,MCC,AMF,APFC panels & Plant Lighting system Preventive & Breakdown maintenance of 1500,2500 kva Generators, compressor, AHU&chillers. Solving Issues & Attending breakdowns in (Bystronic) CNC machines for Cutting, Drilling, Grinding, Conveying of Glass Modification of program in PLC regarding glass handling Movements and Quality measurement of Glass Maintenance and troubleshooting in high temperature FURNACE and wagon automations. Preventive maintenance & solving break downs of furnace and Heaters, compressors (14 bar). 

Maintenance and troubleshooting of Glass dryer of HT AUTOCLAVE and train maintenance. Supporting with shift members and coordinating with production team and quality team Critical Spare maintenance and managing outsource service and traceability. Consulting vendors and machine spare life improvements and reduce the Breakdown time. 

Implementing of LOTO, confined space, work@ Height, Hot work permit across the plant. Responsible for maintain the check list and relevant documents as per TS 16949 Programming, Interfacing & configuration of MMI, SCADA through communication protocol viz RS485, RS232, modbus 

Program Modification in SIEMENS (S7-200,300) PLC using ladder logic & Functional block diagram using Simatic manager & step7 microvin 4 software package. Preparation, Interfacing & trouble shooting of Trends, Alarams, modifying the tags through Siemens Wincc SCADA (TIA Portal interface ) s/w. 

Trouble shooting of sinamics S220 VFD drives,micromaster,sinamics G115D for glass transport conveyors and servo drives. Planning & scheduling assignments to achieve pre-set goals with in time parameter. Formulating long term/short term strategic Plans to enhance operation.

Installation & Commissioning of WIND TURBINE MACHINES(750KW,1.5&2MW.) 

Erection & Commissioning of 2 MW DRIVES as Control,capacitor bank,Pre- charging circuit,conversion Panels& carried out factory acceptance test. 

Operation & maintenance of windmill grid Substation(220KV) Switch gears for power generation project 

To coordinate with Electrical contractor for Electrification Executing eraction & commissioning To co-ordinate with Govt. electricity board (TNEB) for all Electrical Approvals & wind machine Inspection and sub contractors management&Customer liaison 

Erection & commissioning of siemens -Vacuum & SF6 circuit breakers as well as current & voltage transformers Erection & commissioning of HV/MV ASSETS-33KV Transformers and Periodic maintenance. PLC (Beckmann) software program modification & version updation, Testing during commissioning. 

SC commander SCADA-Software updation and Energy monitoring through central monitoring station for evaluating turbine performance. CMS-Remote management system to monitor for alarms and generation statistics . 

Calibration & Study of turbine angle and direction of nozzle unit,anemo meter,wind vane and termination of data communications, Ethernet, MODBUS, Cat5, fibre in control Panel of nozzle unit.encoder,motor control center ,sensor,Repair Parts &components.

Managing the Third party (tata ltd) inspection during commissioning & Project handovering to Electricity Board& design and drawing approval Process,Environment sustainability,occupational health & well being.measuring complaince and Performance like ASHRAE -AIC checks. 

Planning the spares requirement through SAP & Manage the commissioning team and adapt, accommodate technology, meets requirements.
