Lead electrical and automation maintenance for the Tire Build (Assembly) Shop, supporting 24/7 high-volume automated production with focus on equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and safety compliance.

Demonstrate strong competence in interfacing electrical switchgear with DCS/PLC systems for seamless plant operation and process control integration.

Apply solid industrial maintenance experience to maintain and repair electrical systems including motors, pumps, compressors, drives, and automation equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Troubleshoot and service electrical instruments used in process monitoring and control (pressure, temperature, and flow sensors) ensuring system accuracy and plant stability.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in line with planned schedules using IBM Maximo CMMS, maintaining detailed documentation, inspection records, and compliance with internal audits.

Conduct routine inspections of electrical and control systems to detect faults early and prevent failures, using diagnostic tools, calibration instruments, and technical manuals for effective troubleshooting.

Support heat tracing and piping systems, maintaining temperature regulation and ensuring reliability in critical process areas.

Proficient in electrical installation, diagnostics, and routine maintenance, with the ability to interpret technical diagrams, wiring schematics, and basic electrical blueprints for accurate execution.

Possess a sound understanding of industrial automation systems particularly Siemens, Allen Bradley, ABB, and Honeywell ensuring reliable integration with field instrumentation.

Maintain strong compliance with industrial safety procedures and knowledge of Swedish and EU safety codes, including lockout/tagout systems and EHS protocols.

Supervise and mentor a team of 25 engineers and technicians, fostering skill development in troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and predictive maintenance.

Implement FMEA, HQRI, and risk assessment methods to improve reliability, reduce downtime, and prevent recurrence of critical equipment failures.

Modify and optimize PLC logic (Allen Bradley ControlLogix, CompactLogix), HMI screens, and robot programs (ABB, FANUC) to enhance process efficiency and minimize electrical faults.

Hold authorization for high-voltage operations, ensuring adherence to plant and statutory safety standards during maintenance and isolation procedures. 

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for electrical projects, from design through commissioning, ensuring compliance with design intent, cost, and schedule.
