To ensure the quality  supervision  and  technical  expediting  of  RCC  structures. Interacting  with  consultants  regarding  design/  drawing  Quality,  progress  and  with  architects  for  smooth co-ordination. Establishing  the  Quality  Assurance  and  Quality  Control  system  with  referring  the  project  specification,  relevant  code  and standards  by  approving  the  FQP,  Design  Mix  of  Concert,  Trial  Mix,  Batching  plant  Calibration,  Supervision  of  concrete  mixing  at Batching  plant,  testing  of  compressive  strength  of  concrete,  slump  test,  trial  mix  of  concrete.  Compaction  testing  of  backfilled  soil. Testing  of  bricks,  Aggregate,  Sand.  Also  taken  care  of  approval  of  different  material  used  at  site  by  adaptation  of  Clearance System  to  each  stage  of  execution  work.All the checking  and  testing  acceptance  has  been  done  with  the  parameters  and  limits  provided  in  the  approved  design  drawing and  standards  adopted  for  this  project.  The  same  has  been  noted  in  the  approved  Reports,  Formats,  Protocols  and Registers. Compliances have been done against  all  the  Issued  site  observation,  quality  observation  and  NCR  time  to  time  to  overcome  the quality  lapses  throughout  the  execution. 

Spearheading efforts  across  monitoring  smooth  execution  of  civil  works  for  the  project  and  efficiently  completing  a  wide  range  of civil  works  including  shuttering  work,  masonry  wok,  plastering  work,  PCC  work,  RCC  &  reinforcement  work,  finishing  work,  back filling  etc Looking Reactor  Building  including  IC  Wall,  Ring  Beam  and  IC  Dome  Mockup  of  Reinforcement  work,  shuttering  work  and Embedded  Part  as  per  NPCIL  Drawing  and  also  following  approved  procedure.Ensuring smooth implementation  of  the  work  on  site  as  per  approved  Drawings  and  Specifications  including  reconciliation  of Steel,  bartec  coupler,  all  type  of  materials  used  in  Site.Site Execution,  Contractor  billing,  Reinforcement  checklist  and  execute  Monthly  work  plan.  Daily  makes  reports  as  per  contract agreement  given  frequencies.  Involved  in  Billing  and  effective  dealings  with  Clients,  Contractors  and  Vendors,  and  attending  weekly  Review  Meetings  with  Clients and maintaining  good  communications  with  other  supervisors  to  ensure  smooth  operations.
