• Periodic document auditing of Western Union Transaction
• Helping agents for meeting Western Union Compliance Requisitions
• Training agents staff’s on KYC maintenance for customers
• Training partner staff’s on Western Union software

• HNI client acquisition
• Sending daily MIS of sales executive team
• Providing regular updates on market
• Verifying client documents 
• Conducting customer meets 

• Document  filing at customs office
• Making arrangements for releasing the container
• Prompt delivery of container at agent locations
• Proper maintenance of documents ( certificate of origin , letter of credits, delivery order, origin of invoice)
