 I was working as Soft Skill Trainer where I  had to train the all the new employees hired by the organisation before they get into the calls. I had to train them with all the required skills to attend the inbound calls and do outbound calls. I was training them with the accent, timing, language to maintain strong relationship with customer while on call, how to deal with the queries that customer brings up. To give them positive words when they are unable to handle.

I was hired to handle the department of gold coin where I was supposed to communicate to the customers in hindi, telugu, kanada, malayam and tamil. My profile was to call the candidates and remind them about the payment of their gold coin. I was handling outbound calls and given targets to make minimum 350 calls a day where and was able to achieve 400 calls a day with my proper concentrations and hard work.

I was working in Eben Telecom as part time while pursuing my third year. I was doing the Data process verification for Federal bank. I was given targets to achieve. I was verifying and approving the applications by cross checking the details they filled in the application. If any corrections the mistake was noted down an sent back to the bank for corrections.
