Roles and Responsibilities:
· Processing the orders within Service Level Agreement time, Manage Field and end customer expectation. Ensuring the smooth and clean service delivery to the customers.
· Playing a major part in the monthly quarterly and year ending close process.
· Training new and inexperienced team members and provide first level advice on procedures/work methods.
· Mentoring fellow team members.
· Handling Proclaim HCFA , UB , MM , MH Claims.
· Role: Transaction processor – Provides administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as Data Entry, Scanning, Mail sorting , Auditing documents, or similar activities. May perform one or more of the following duties :Performs data entry of material from source documents to a computer database.
Job Description:
· Handling Customer’s complaint of insurance Product.
· Drafting letters to each customer to settling their key issues with the process.
· Balance external pressures from clients to do things quickly with the need for consistency.
