Job Responsibilities
- Due Diligence of title by perusing all the documents relating to the title of the property such as Property Register cards, 7/12 Extracts, Mutation entries, K.J.P., Orders, Notifications, Form B Redistribution and Valuation Statements, related agreements, deeds, conveyances, search report conducted by search clerks in the S.R.O. office, suits & litigation, lien, encumbrances therein.
- Legal due diligence and issuance of Legal Reports for home loans viz. Loan against
property,Resale transactions, Balance Transfer, Approved Project Files, Construction Finance Project Funding for various Bank and Financial Institutions like HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, RBL Bank, Yes Bank, Punjab National Bank, Hero Housing Finance Ltd. etc.
- Execution and Delivery of multiple legal reports including APFs with Opinion to
Bank/Financial Institutions within the timelines.
- Decoding the Legalities while perusing the Revenue Records like 7/12t h e xtract, Mutation Entries, PR Cards, KJP etc.
- Interact regularly and directly with clients, Banks and Financial Institutions, resolve their queries and provide legal guidance.
