- Currently working as a Team Leader for team size of 30 Desktop Support Engineers.
- Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections.
- Managing 20+ projects, Support over 12000+ users.
- Where resolve end user issues like as outlook, SAP Configuration, VPN configuration, Citrix, Configuration of Cisco VPN, SCCM, AV, AD and file server primary access, Network VLAN changing through HPOO tool and have basic ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) knowledge Taking joint calls for primary technical discussions with the domain IT to map the requirements and accordingly map the solution.
- Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management.
- Install and test desktop software applications and internet browsers.
- Test computers to ensure proper functioning of computer systems.
- Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software.
- Develop and manage effective professional working relationships with contractor personnel, co-workers, and clients.
- Adhere to policies as per corporate manuals and directives.
- Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs.
- Interact with staff on desktop problems and their resolution.
- Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated problems.
- Providing Remote support over Application Logmein and Lync [Skype for business] for across location.
- Working on helpline ticketing tool as on online engineer to provide proper resolution within SLA.
- Provide Microsoft Bit Locker Recovery key to encrypt hard driven from MBAM server console.
- Checking SCCM report on time-to-time basis.
- Also generating report based on ODC's and same is been shared with location ITM and respective ODC IT SPOC to provide status of ODC compliance.
- Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting of McAfee antivirus.
